To nominate a candidate, please fill in the necessary information on The Gold Award Nomination Form and attach a detailed biography or resume with a summary explaining why you believe this person should be considered. Please note that a detailed bio or resume of the nominee must be included for consideration.

The nomination deadline is November 1st. Nominations and inquiries can be sent to the committee chair via email at goldaward@ontariowelshfestival.ca.

The decision of the judges is final.
