Registration is open Noon – 4:30 p.m.

Welcome Tea – Tê Croeso – 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Bellevue North Room

There will be a warm welcome awaiting you on Friday afternoon in the Tea Room.  Enjoy a  cup of tea with Welsh cakes as you catch up with old friends. The tearoom will be open between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. Donations toward the cost of the tea are welcome. Harpist Mary Muckle and her students will be playing. 

Marketplace – Noon – 4:30 p.m. – Bellevue North Room

Bring some cash! There will be a couple of vendors at the Marketplace in Bellevue North. Ruach Crafts and Kingston’s General Brock’s Commissary (Saturday only) will have some goods for sale.

Festival Table in the Marketplace

Drop by and say hello. Lots is happening at the Festival Table.

  • Welsh Cake and Bara Brith Competition. Drop off entries.
  • Limerick Competition. Get entries. Drop off by 4:30 p.m. Fri. Winners announced at Noson Lawen.
  • Puzzles. Pick up and drop off entries by 3:00 p.m. Sat.
  • Raffle. 50/50 and Prizes. Draw at concert intermission.
  • Play bingo.
  • Add your origin pin to the Welsh map.
  • Information about Kingston and other Welsh events.

Gold Award Banquet – Gwledd y Wobr Aur – 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. – Bellevue South Room

Bar opens at 5:30 p.m. The banquet meal includes starter, dessert and tea or coffee. Prices are inclusive of tax and gratuities.  All meal selections, including children’s meals, must be noted with your registration and received by April 7, 2026. No banquet tickets will be available at the registration desk.

Noson Lawen – 8:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Bellevue Room

On Friday evening at 8:30 p.m., things liven up with our Noson Lawen. Your participation in the Noson Lawen is welcomed and encouraged.  Please contact nosonlawen@ontariowelshfestival.ca if you are interested in taking part at the next Festival. 

Following the Noson Lawen will be the Afterglow with a chance to share some cheer and join in with a sing-along around the piano.
