Festival Hotel 2027 – Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo

The 2027 Festival will be held at the Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo located at 105 King Street East, Kitchener, ON, Canada N2G 2K8.

To reserve your hotel room, you can call the hotel directly or book online. The Festival room rate is CAD $179 per night plus applicable taxes*. Rooms are available to reserve until March 27, 2027 or until sold out. Rates are quoted per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy, in Canadian Dollars.

The following room types are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Festival weekend (April 22-25, checkout April 26) while quantities last.

Book Online

Book online at: Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo. The link is pre-populated with Group Code WEL and Thursday check-in, Sunday check-out dates.

  • Adjust Nights to your trip plans. For example, Friday check-in, Sunday check-out would be: 04/23/2027 – 04/25/2027. Thursday check-in, Monday check-out would be: 04/22/2027 – 04/26/2027.
  • Select Room & Guests for number of rooms and number of people for your reservation.
  • Ensure Rate Preference has Group Rate has Group Code: WEL selected. (Please note you must have the Kitchener-Waterloo location selected under destination to see the Group Rate option.)
  • Click Search button. Scroll down to select which room type you want to reserve.
  • Click Select on Room type and complete reservation on next page. (If you have an IHG One Rewards account, you can log in).

The base room rate is CAD $179 per night plus taxes and fees (Municipal Accommodation Tax 4.0% plus Harmonized Sales Tax 13.0%) for a total of CAD $210.36 per night. Please confirm with hotel your total charge inclusive of taxes and fees per night. A security deposit of CAD $150 on credit card is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation before the day of reservation will result in no charge. Cancelling your reservation on or after the day of reservation, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay per room to your payment card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Parking

Overnight self-parking is available at a rate of $12 per night plus HST (13%). To access hotel parking garage, guests are asked to stop by the Front Desk in the lobby prior to parking. The hotel does not offer valet or bell service, but their team is happy to assist with guidance and support for luggage as needed to ensure a smooth arrival.

The above map shows the walking route from the hotel in Kitchener to St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church where the Saturday Concert and Sunday Gymanfa Ganu will be held. It is approx. 10 minute walk.
