The 2026 Festival will be held at the newly renovated Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront. Please note there are multiple Holiday Inn hotels in Kingston, Ontario. Be sure to book the Waterfront hotel located at 2 Princess Street, Kingston ON K7L 1A2.

To reserve your hotel room, you can call the hotel directly or book online. The Festival room rate is $175 per night plus applicable taxes*. Rooms are available to reserve until March 22, 2026 or until sold out.

The following room types are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Festival weekend (April 23-26, checkout April 27) while quantities last.

Book early to avoid disappointment. Rooms are limited and some room types might sell out before others. Reservation questions can be directed to Reservations Manager or by calling 1-800-HOLIDAY.

  • Adjust dates to your trip plans.
  • Select number of rooms and number of people for your reservation.
  • Click Search button. Scroll down to Select which room type you want to reserve.
  • Click Select on Room type and complete reservation on next page. (If you have an IHG One Rewards account, you can log in).

* The base room rate is $175 per night plus 18.65% taxes and fees (City Tax 5.65% plus State Tax 13.0%) for a total of $207.64 per night. Please confirm with hotel what is your total charge inclusive of taxes and fees per night. 

Cancellation Policy

Last date to cancel without penalty is 48 hours in advance.

  • Check out time: 12:00 p.m.

Parking

Overnight parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 per night plus taxes. This is a special Festival rate. Your reservation might show the regular rate of $30 per night, so confirm you are charged $20 rate when you check in.

The above map shows location of hotel in Kingston as well as St Paul’s Anglican Church where the Saturday Concert and Sunday Gymanfa Ganu will be held.
