2025 Festival Hotel – Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls – Fallsview

October 25, 2024 -The Crowne Plaza is now ready to take reservations for the 2025 festival.

Please telephone the Crowne Plaza directly to book your rooms. Online booking is NOT available for our group. Rooms are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.

To reserve your hotel room now, you must call the hotel directly at 1-800-519-9911 and request the special group rate for Ontario Welsh Festival 2025.

Reserve by March 24, 2025 to receive the Festival room rates. Base room rates vary by day of week and room type. PLEASE NOTE: Base room rates are subject to additional fees and taxes listed below. Please confirm with hotel what is your total charge inclusive of taxes and fees per night. 

Room rates are for single or double occupancy; triple and quadruple accommodation when available is at an additional rate of $25.00 per person. Children under the age of 18 stay free in the room with an adult, and rollaway beds are available at an additional rate of $25.00 each.

  • Standard: Thu-$119, Fri-$169, Sat-$219, Sun-$119
  • Fallsview: Thu-$159, Fri-$209, Sat-$259, Sun-$159

Additionally, all rooms are subject to the following mandatory daily fees: 

  • $15.95 Service Package (includes Wi-Fi access with endless devices, Unlimited local calls, Unlimited long distance calls from your room to anywhere in USA or Canada, Beer tasting for 2 at Niagara Brewing Company, 2 WEGO tickets (This state-of-the-art hop on, hop off bus system connects accommodations and tourism attraction throughout the City of Niagara Falls and Niagara Parks), E-Portrait at Hershey’s Chocolate World, 2 bottles of complimentary water per day, and Printing of Boarding Passes.   • 7.9% Local Fees & Taxes
  • 13% HST

Parking fee is $40 per day.
